Warner Bros. released a statement, saying: "Nicole Kidman was in the vehicle at the time of the accident and was taken to the hospital for evaluation. She was released shortly thereafter." The studio also announced that "two crew members sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision." The actress was shooting a scene in which her character is attempting to escape from zombie-like creatures clinging to the roof of her car. Nicole's husband Keith Urban and her adopted son with ex-husband Tom Cruise, Conor, 11, were reportedly on set at the time.
