The son of late Beatle John Lennon hates the idea of Lohan's new movie Chapter 27, in which she plays a friend of his father's killer Mark David Chapman, played by Jared Leto. In one scene the young Sean meets Chapman in Central Park, New York - less than a mile from where the deranged fan shot his father dead outside the Dakota Building. And Lennon is far from impressed with the film's premise, stating, "It's a tacky thing to make a film about. Lindsay was my friend, so I don't want to hurt her feelings... I think she felt that she understood but she'd already agreed to do it." And speaking to US TV news show The Insider before checking into rehab, Lohan revealed she knew all about her friend's distaste for Chapter 27. She said, "He's my friend but he's not supporting what went on (on the set). We respect each other... and I don't support what happened to John Lennon." An inside source told Us Weekly that the producers of Lindsay’s new film I Know Who Killed Me had to pay a high insurance premium to employ her because of her behaviour over the last few months and if she continued as she was doing, the premiums would keep rising. The source added: “She had to get her s**t together and get sober or else, literally, the girl could not work again.” Lindsay is continuing to shoot the film around her time at the Wonderland Center in Los Angeles but even though she is only at the center in the evenings and to sleep there, reports say she is making progress. A friend told People magazine: “She’s been sending text messages from rehab saying she’s the happiest she has ever been… She seems under control right now.” The friend added that Lindsay is spending her time at the Center in treatment sessions and going on long walks with a ’sober companion’ (a member of staff from the facility).
