You’re All Wrong, Lindsay Lohan Takes Rehab Seriously

Party girl Lindsay Lohan, who recently checked into a rehab clinic just to leave whenever she feels like shopping or taking her SL500 to Beverly Hills Mercedes for service, isn’t getting any special treatment, her rep says. Lindsay Lohan left the clinic yet again only this time it was different. After taking her car for service she dropped by the movie set of her new movie, "I Know Who Killed Me." "People were getting a bit antsy about what the status was, so it's pretty thrilling," a source told People. "As soon as Lindsay was cleared, they started everything back up again." The doctor treating her appendix problems has given the okay for her to resume shooting the thriller where she plays a troubled dancer with double personality. The shooting paused when the 20-year-old actress was hospitalized to have her appendix removed. "All is good. She will be back at work soon," Lohan’s representative said. After just one week of rehab, the “Mean Girls” star will be allowed to work during the day and continue her treatment at night. "She will continue working but will spend her nights at the recovery facility," Lohan's publicist confirmed. However, the fact that she gets to leave the clinic quite often, caused some fuss among the clinic’s residents who claimed she's treating the facility like a hotel. This week alone, Lohan left rehab for day-trips on Monday and Wednesday as well as yesterday. According to celebrity gossip site TMZ.com, Lohan has a masseur, hairstylist and makeup artist, who visit her regularly but Leslie Sloane Zelnick insists Lohan is taking rehab seriously saying the criticism is unwarranted. “Lindsay is 100 per cent not getting special treatment. She's getting the same as everyone else. This isn't the Betty Ford Clinic, it's not a lockdown facility. There is personal time. "All these naysayers who keep blogging and speaking out like the 'Today' show, they don't know what she's going through, they're not there. They shouldn't speak until they've gone through something like that." Some sources say that Lohan was forced to check into rehab in order to save her career claiming her delays on the film were very expensive. "She had to get her s**t together and get sober or else, literally, the girl could not work again," a source tells American publication Us Weekly. All in all, friends of Lohan’s say she’s happy with her rehabilitation and now that she gets to continue her work, she has nothing to complain about. “She’s been sending text messages from rehab saying she’s the happiest she has ever been… She seems under control right now,” a friend told People magazine.

Looked like business. Don't think Sandra and pak were talking about Grey's F----tgate. Do think she was getting off on the three nearby patrons who seemed distracted from the "work" they were doing on their laptops. · 1-26 Today must be B & C list day. Right now as we speak Steve-O from Jackass is at the IHOP on Miracle Mile. Ron Jeremy and some Playboy Bunnies were in the building I was working at also Miracle Mile - then more bunnies came in - but they were not as hot as the bunnies that were with Big Ron - who'd have figured, dude looks like he has done a lot of everything and it shows on his face. Then Danny Bonaduce came into the same building....anybody know if there is a reality show on Wilshire being filmed today. · I was at the UCB Theatre last night (1-23) for Patton Oswalt presents. In the crowd I spotted Michael Cera and immediately went "Oh my God, it's George Michael!" I quickly composed myself, however, reminding myself that I am a 24 year old man, and probably shouldn't be that excited about seeing a former cast member of Arrested Development. Nonetheless, I still went up to him after the show to tell him I was a fan, cause I'm a dork like that. · Was at the Mid-West pharmacy on Beverly and was in line next to one sweatsuit wearing, floppy fisherman's cap dawning Mr. T, sans the gold chains. I only realized it was him when I saw him sign a check "Mr. T". He was soooo nice to everyone behind the counter. For the grooming guy from Queer Eye, he didn't look very well groomed (but he was still hot). He was buying a tube of something. Possibly hair gel, which could explain why he had bad hair. He was with some other guy that had a British accent. The British guy did most of the talking. They ended up at the register next to mine, and Kyan didn't have a CVS card. Lindsay Lohan is back at work

Lindsay Lohan, 20, is expected to be back on the sets of her new film I Know Who Killed Me starting Friday. "People were getting a bit antsy about what the status was, so it's pretty thrilling," a source told People. "As soon as Lindsay was cleared, they started everything back up again." Production of the film, which was earlier disrupted when Lohan underwent an appendectomy, has remained suspended since Lohan checked into the Wonderland Center, an addiction-treatment facility in the residential neighborhood of Laurel Canyon in L.A., nine days ago. While Lindsay's return is good news for those responsible for the production of the film, fellow residents at the rehab are irked by the special consideration being extended to the actor, reports TMZ. Lindsay has been allowed to leave the facility at least three times during the current week. In addition a masseur, hairstylist and makeup artist visit her at the premises. A day after Lindsay checked in her mother had explained, "It's an outpatient program where, of course, (she'll be) in for the first week or two." Lindsay's rep, Leslie Sloan, refuted the contention, "Lindsay is 100% not getting special treatment. She's getting the same as everyone else. This isn't the Betty Ford Clinic, it's not a lockdown facility. There is personal time. All these naysayers who keep blogging and speaking out, like the 'Today' show, they don't know what she's going through, they're not there. They shouldn't speak until they've gone through something like that." Sloan also sought to counter rumors that Lindsay had not undergone an appendectomy, "For the record, she did have her appendix taken out." The current issue of People quotes a friend of Lohan's as saying that Lohan believed her stint in rehab was "the happiest she has ever been." It is moot whether Lindsay was referring to the treatment at the facility, or the freedom she enjoys there.
