The paper used a photo of Knightley in a bikini whilst reporting on an anorexic teenager. The picture was used in conjunction with the headline of the article, which read "If Pictures Like This One of Keira Carried a Health Warning, My Darling Daughter Might Have Lived." Knightley's weight has been speculated upon for months. In July, she told press that "Whatever people say about my weight they are all wrong," after saying that her grandmother and great-grandmother had both suffered from anorexia and she was "very sure" that she didn't.
