Aniston will play Spiller's rival Tina Harrod on the show's season finale.

She checked into the offices of plastic surgeon Raj Kanodia for an outpatient cosmetic procedure on her nose. A representative for the actress said: "She had surgery on January 20 to correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done more than 12 years ago."
