Myaskovskiy was arrested on November 3 when he threatened to harm Duff at an event she was scheduled to attend. He was taken into custody for making criminal threats and stalking. In addition to jail time, a Superior Court judge also ordered Myaskovskiy to serve five years probation at the hearing on Friday.
